Manage and grow relationships with our existing business customer base, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Engage with potential business clients leads, providing tailored proposals and closing sales.
Collaborate with the Business Development Representative to transition leads for more complex opportunities and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our fiber internet services and additional offerings.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
HSD, or equivalent education, is required Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field, preferred 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to understand and address client needs, offering tailored solutions that provide value.
